Is there a deal between Williams and Porsche?

According to Jack Plooij, there is almost a deal between Williams and Porsche. The former Ziggo Sport pit reporter made this known in the channel's post-race review after the US Grand Prix. The FIA already revealed in its latest statement that, in addition to Audi's deal, talks between Porsche and several F1 teams are also being held.
